  1. boil your Banza chickpea pasta as directed own the box

  2. on medium-high heat, add olive oil to a pre-warmed skillet

  3. sauté your diced onion and minced garlic in the olive oil until slightly browned

  4. add your mushrooms and continuously stir until the water evaporates and the mushrooms begin to sizzle

  5. add the plant butter and melt

  6. add the spinach and capers then stir to incorporate everything

  7. add your pasta, cayenne pepper, and lime. this where you can choose to add more seasonings if you choose.

  • 1/2 stick plant butter

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • onion diced

  • garlic minced

  • baby Bella mushrooms sliced

  • 3 cups spinach

  • 3 tbsp. capers

  • salt

  • cayenne pepper
